Update the public profile information connected to your account.

Overview
Your profile name, username, and photo help identify your account. An official certificate name is handled through identity verification, not an ordinary display-name edit.
Use Settings to make changes. A profile photo does not replace the identity checks required for certificates.
Steps
- Sign in and open Settings, then Profile.
- Edit the display name or username using the rules shown on the page.
- Upload a profile photo if you want one.
- Save the changes and check the confirmation message.
- For an official-name change, use Request name change in the verification section.
Important details
Keep in mind
Usernames use 3–30 lowercase letters, numbers, or underscores. Use the verification flow for names on certificates.
