Overview
Practisi uses Persona for identity verification. The application creates an inquiry for your signed-in account and associates the result with the candidate official name.
The Persona flow tells you which documents, photos, and camera steps are required for your inquiry. Follow those prompts; accepted documents and requirements can differ by country and verification configuration.
Steps
- Open Verify identity from the Name verification card or certificate eligibility prompt.
- Check your official first and last name before continuing.
- Follow Persona’s document instructions using a valid document it accepts.
- Complete any selfie or camera step requested in the flow.
- Return to Practisi and wait for the status check. Review the result before assuming verification is complete.
Important details
Do not upload IDs to Clare, Ask Practisi, or article feedback. The Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal data; this guide does not promise automatic deletion of verification images.
