Find a missing course
Check the account and session before enrolling again.

Overview
Website indicators are based on the application’s authenticated enrollment data. A delayed or failed session check can leave the public page in its guest state.
The application’s My Learning page is the place to confirm which courses are attached to your account.
Steps
- Open the application and confirm the email address of the signed-in account.
- Check My Learning for the course.
- Open the website on the same browser and hostname, then refresh the course page.
- Wait for the header to show Dashboard and Log out.
- If the course still appears missing, check System Status and retry after the connection is restored.
Important details
Keep in mind
In local development, use localhost for both ports. A bookmark and an enrollment are different records.
