Overview
Persona may request camera access for document or selfie steps. Grant permission only inside the legitimate verification flow started from Practisi.
Browser and operating-system camera permissions can both affect the inquiry. Follow the current prompt rather than device instructions for a different platform.
Steps
- Start the verification flow from Practisi.
- When prompted, allow Camera for the verification page.
- If blocked, open that page’s site permissions and enable camera access.
- Check your device’s browser-camera permission and selected camera.
- Return to the inquiry and retry the requested step with clear lighting.

Keep in mind
Accepted documents and selfie requirements are shown by Persona. Do not promise a particular ID will be accepted before checking the flow.
